1、怎么申请电话卡？
开学报到期间，如果员工人数较多，电话卡公司到校为员工办理电话卡。或者自己直接到电信营业厅办理。
During the school opening reporting period, the phone card company will come to the school for students if there is a large of students. Or you can go to the telecommunication company to purchase SIM card.
2、学校食堂几点开门？
一层、二层食堂营业时间：
早餐：07：00－08：30 午餐：11：00－13：00
晚餐：17：00—18：30
Open hours:
Breakfast 7:00-9:00 a.m.
Lunch 11:00-12:40 p.m.
Dinner 5:00 p.m. -6:30 p.m.
3、没有校园卡可以在食堂就餐吗？
没有食堂卡只能在食堂三层用微信和支付宝消费。
If you don’t have the campus card, you can just consume by WeChat and Alipay in the 3rd floor of student restaurant
4、校园内有ATM机吗？
集团综合楼B座一层有工商银行。工商银行有ATM。
There is an Industrial and Commercial Bank of China on the 1st floor of the Administrative Building. The Bank handles exchange of currencies, bank savings deposits, and remittances.
The business hour of the Bank is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
5、图书馆刷卡进不去怎么办？
第一次去图书馆的员工，需要向保安出示员工证，并到服务台激活图书馆服务。以后可使用校园卡刷卡进入。员工可以进入图书馆后在大厅的机器上进行现场预约
Students visiting the library for the first time are required to show their student ID card to the security guard and go to the information desk to activate library services. You can use your campus card to enter later. Students can make on-site appointments on the machines in the lobby upon entering the library or on the enterprise number.
6、如果有紧急情况需要老师帮助怎么办？

7、如果生病了怎么办？
可以去校医院，也可以去北医三院。
Students can see doctors at the University hospital with their student cards. You can also go to see doctors at the Peking University Third Hospital
8、短期生可以申请中国银行卡吗？
校外银行可能因为签证时间短不给申请，但校内工商银行一般都可以申请。申请时需要有中国手机号码。
Banks outside the campus may not be able to apply for a bank card due to the short visa time, but the ICBC on campus can apply generally. And a Chinese phone number is required when applying.
9、宿舍有保证金吗？
17楼保证金为600元，其他宿舍为50元，宿舍保证金只能现金支付。
The deposit for the 17th student apartment is 600, and the other dormitories are 50. The dormitory deposit can only be paid in cash.

11、学习结束还可以在宿舍多住几天吗？
原则上学习结束后最多还可以在宿舍居住3天。
According to the regulations, you can stay in the dormitory for up to 3 days after the end of your studies.
12、怎么下载JW202表或 DQ表？
前往留学中国网（http://www.studyinchina.edu.cn）“签证助手”栏目下载JW202表或DQ表电子证照，并自行打印。
Please go to the "Visa Assistant" section of http://www.studyinchina.edu.cn to download the electronic version of JW202 or DQ according to the information you received by email and print it by yourself.
